“The tour was very informative, and at the right pace for us. Being North Americans, we knew little of the history of Hungary. Our guide started us out using her tablet to show where Hungary fits in European history; what territories it had and lost. She also talked about the restrictions of being Jewish and the incentives to 'convert'. This helped to set the scene for understanding the migration of Jews into and out of Hungary and Poland.
